Capturing Craft: Mural at Ogilvy Vodka Distillery in Forfar

At Ogilvy Vodka Distillery in Forfar, Scotland, I had the opportunity to bring the intricate process of vodka distillation to life through a mural. It’s not often we think about street art or graffiti murals in Forfar or the surrounding area, but that’s what Ogilvy realised would bring their grey concrete wall to life. I used quite a lot of brushwork on this mural, due to the graphic nature. A comprehensive timeline was created that unfolds the journey from planting and harvesting potatoes to the final product – Ogilvy Vodka. The mural not only visually narrates the craftsmanship behind Ogilvy's vodka but also adds a touch of brand and earth colours to the distillery's atmosphere. The mural captures the essence of the distillation process, creating an engaging visual story for visitors.

As a professional mural artist specialising in bespoke projects, this collaboration with Ogilvy Vodka showcases the seamless integration of art and craftsmanship.
